Having the constructed-in photo voltaic panel to prime off the battery charge is a good function when away from different energy sources. Even when bugs aren't dangerous it really works properly as a battery-powered supply of illumination. It can be really nice to have this Zappify Bug Zapper brand zapper and Zappify Bug Zapper brand studying mild after a hurricane! We plan to make use of it on our porch with not-so-perfect screening and while sitting outdoors in the evening. Like a 60's "black gentle" it makes some issues glow at nighttime which is type of enjoyable! The directions are good and the switches to turn on the studying mild and set the lighting stage and for the zapper are easy to use. It has an LED that signifies when it is charging and absolutely-charged. We haven't left it out in the rain to check the water-resistance. It makes a loud pop when a bug zapper for backyard meets its end. The excessive-voltage wires are very well protected however Judy did get a jolt while she was carrying it trying to find mosquitos with the zapper on. She thinks it arced to the keys in her pants pocket so it might be able to work on bugs by static discharge just like the shock you get when touching a door knob in winter. It is very powerful! Best not to carry it around with the zapper turned on!
